We are currently looking for a Finance Manager for our Finance department in Veenendaal:

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As a Finance Manager you are ultimately responsible for the Finance department in Veenendaal, where you manage 2 people. You will ensure the smooth running of the accounting process and take care of the controlling aspect for the Netherlands plant:

• You ensure that the qualitative and quantitative department objectives are achieved, and you ensure that the primary finance tasks (administration, monthly and annual closing & associated reports and analyses) are carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the SanoRice Group.
• You are responsible for controlling, where you draw up, monitor and optimize KPIs, reports and/or dashboards. You are mainly concerned with plant/cost controlling such as analysis of production speeds, quantities, machines, personnel, packaging, etc.
• In your analyzes you build a bridge to the various departments within SanoRice Netherlands, and thus facilitate various optimization projects.
• You are responsible for process improvements towards the ERP package with the aim of increasing the overall efficiency of the plant.
• You draw up the annual budget together with the Plant Manager and ensure that the budget and forecast process runs smoothly.
• As a member of the management team, you actively contribute to the direction of the organization and make the necessary strategic decisions.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You have a Master’s level of thinking and at least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role in a production environment, either as a local Finance manager or as a controller. Experience in a coordinating and/or managerial role is a plus.
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• You are IT minded and can handle Excel well. Experience with Navision is a plus, experience in an ERP system a must.
• You are numerical and analytical
• You see it as a challenge to shape further reporting.
• You are proactive and like to think analytically based on the figures.
• You have a coaching mindset and love to share your knowledge with others.
• You have a hands-on attitude and strive to maintain sufficient contact with the core activity.
