Sales Support - DACH

From our branches in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Poland we supply products to A-brands, retailers and distributors in more than 40 countries. For our centrally organized Sales department in Veenendaal we are currently looking for:
Sales Support for the DACH region.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Within the position of Sales Support, you are, together with the sales and account managers, responsible for the relationship, cooperation and sales to existing and new retailers, distributors and A-brands within the portfolio of the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). ).

Every day you communicate internally and externally about ongoing sales projects and you work within the team together with the sales manager and account manager. In terms of content, you can consider the following activities within the position:

  • Point of contact for customers and distributors for commercial tasks and projects. This includes, for example, analyzing commercial tools / portals of our customers and the maintenance of these portals.
  • Responsible for commercial projects such as creating internal sales briefings, customer cards, item numbers and the commercial coordination of sales projects.
  • Support in the preparation of customer interviews and market research within the DACH region.
  • In addition to close collaboration with the Sales team, you also work intensively with (international) colleagues from NPC, Operations, Supply Chain and Innovation & Development.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

  • You are commercial, a team player and enjoy contact with customers.
  • Some commercial experience is not a requirement, but certainly an advantage. This work experience may have been gained in previous commercial office positions or support positions. Experience in the food sector or B2B is a strong advantage. It helps if you have experience with MS Office, ERP systems and data analysis software.
  • You have strong communication skills in both the Dutch and German languages. In addition, English is also a bonus.
