Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager

From our branches in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Poland, we supply products to A-brands, retailers and distributors in more than 40 countries. We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager for our centrally organized department in Veenendaal.
What does the role entail?
SanoRice has a holding company and four factories in Europe in different sizes. In Belgium and the Netherlands, a recruiter manages the recruitment process for the factory. In Italy and Poland, HR managers take on this task. At the moment we are working on an EVP from the holding company and we are implementing a completely new career website and an ATS that is linked to it. To create a more centrally organized and supportive role, we are looking for a Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager.
In terms of content you can think of:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. With an operational focus at group level.
- Work with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and establish effective hiring strategies for each position.
- Proactively recruit passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, networking and talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers, ensuring high quality talent is delivered within defined time frames.
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven employer branding initiatives and leverage market insights to enhance Sanorice’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Develop and execute innovative employer branding campaigns across platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities to improve hiring and employer branding strategies.
- Establish and track key hiring metrics and report on the effectiveness of hiring efforts to management.
- Implement process improvements, such as automating candidate screening and assessment, to speed up the selection process while maintaining quality standards.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruiting and employer branding activities and regularly report progress to management.
What are you bringing?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or employer branding roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
