Manufacturing Manager (MT member) SanoRice Poland

SanoRice Poland is going to grow considerably in the coming years. You as Manufacturing Manager, together with your colleagues from different departments, will play a major role in this. The factory works full time (24/5) in 3 shifts and you will be responsible for 50 FTE in production.

The organization

SanoRice is a proud Dutch family business with a rich history and ambitious plans for the future. We produce rice and corn cakes in a variety of flavors, sizes and shapes. Our cakes are made from raw materials such as rice, corn, spelt, oats, quinoa and buckwheat. Thanks to the production of rice, corn and multigrain wafers, we have become the world’s largest manufacturer for private labels, which is why we do not compete with our customers – on the contrary – we try to advise them, support them in developing new sustainable and responsible products that are manufactured efficiently and safely. We owe our success to continuous development using the most modern production techniques and the development of new and surprising products that meet the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Our production facilities are located in Veenendaal (Netherlands), Zottegem (Belgium), Borgo Vercelli (Italy), and the newest one in Nowa Sól (Poland). From these locations, we ship products to our customers in over 40 countries worldwide.

SanoRice was founded by the Vreeman family 30 years ago in Veenendaal, Netherlands. Since then, we have continuously expanded our product range with diverse ingredients and flavors, focusing on innovation, top quality, and the development of organic products to always satisfy our global customers.

New SanoRice factory located in Poland since June 2023

In response to growing global demand, SanoRice recently invested over 30 million euros in a state-of-the-art production facility in Nowa Sól, Poland. This new facility, which began operations in the third quarter of 2023, has significantly increased our annual production capacity and initially created over 50 new jobs. In the next 5–7 years, we plan further investments to double our production capacity, leading to even more job creation. “This significant investment strengthens our leading position in a rapidly growing market and enables the continued growth of our business”, said our CEO at the opening of the facility in 2023. The new plant, designed from scratch, is highly automated and innovative, meeting the highest standards of sustainability and quality. During the grand opening of the factory in Nowa Sól, the mayor of Nowa Sól, Jacek Milewski, highlighted the importance of the investment for both the local economy and community. “I believe you will become an integral part of our economic landscape”, said Mayor. As a company, we are also committed to sustainable development and supporting local communities. This is reflected in our collaboration with organizations such as Oxfam International and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, aiming to improve the lives of smallholder farmers. We also strive to create a safe and positive working environment for our employees. With these 4 branches we make more than 15 million puffed waffles per day.
